He left when you were not ready.
He said that he thought that you two should have some alone time.
But, you found out that the alone time was with someone else.
You tried to confront him, but it just didn't work.
You tried everything: yelling, screaming, and everything else.
But it never got to him.
When you left him there were many tears.
Most of what were yours.
All of your pain and sorrow were in the tears that ran down your face.
But all he did was say good bye and went back to his 'new' girl.
Now when you look back at it and you feel stupid.
For actually believing everything he said.
For believing that he really did love you.
That you ever thought that he was the 'one' for you.
You now think about him occansionally.
As if he were to be a dream.
All the memories of him are fading.
Or that is what it seems.
You try not to think about it, but in the end it all comes back.
The tears that you shed come back stronger and the nights alone become more lonelier.
You want something more.
You feel that you owe at least that to yourself.
But what can you do?
Do you become like him and find someone else so quickly?
Or do you wait for the right time?
You walk down the street and you see him there sitting alone.
You feel that you should go up to him, but you don't.
You pass by.
You turn around to see what he is doing, and he is looking at you.
Smiling you turn around and walk away.
He is completely gone.
All the memories of him and you are truely a dream.
And that is how you want it to stay.

What have I become, my sweetest friend? Everyone I know goes away in the end and you could have it all, my empire of dirt. I will let you down. I will make you hurt.
